  • What can I expect from NEONIKA?

    NEONIKA features 7 immersive neon environments combining light, sound and interactive installations. Each room offers a completely different atmosphere designed for exploration, photos and play.

  • How long does the experience last?

    The full experience takes approximately 60 minutes.You are free to explore each room at your own pace.

  • Is the experience indoor or outdoor?

    NEONIKA is a fully indoor experience.

  • Will there be strobe lights or intense effects?

    Some rooms include immersive lighting effects.
    Guests sensitive to flashing lights should proceed with caution.

  • Can I take photos or record videos?

    Yes – photography and video are encouraged. Professional equipment requires prior approval.

Access
  • Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

    Yes. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your time slot. Late arrivals may need to wait for the next available entry.

  • What happens if I arrive late?

    Entry is subject to availability.
    We will do our best to accommodate you, but admission is not guaranteed.
    You can also buy insurance for your ticket to make it flexible for one day at the check out

  • Is the venue accessible?

    Yes. NEONIKA is wheelchair accessible.
    If you require specific assistance, please contact us in advance.

  • Is the experience suitable for kids?

    Yes. NEONIKA is designed for both adults and children.
    Children under 3 enter free with a reserved time slot.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No. Due to bright lights, loud music, and certain installations (such as the ball pit), pets are not allowed.

  • Are strollers allowed?

    Yes, strollers are permitted.
    However, certain rooms may require temporary folding for space and safety reasons.

  • Can I buy tickets on-site?

    We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance, as time slots are limited.
    On-site sales are subject to availability.

  • Are tickets refundable?

    Tickets are non-refundable.
    Rescheduling may be available up to 24 hours before your visit, subject to availability.

  • Do I need to print my ticket?

    No. Digital tickets are accepted.

  • What is the difference between regular and VIP tickets?

    VIP tickets include priority entry and additional perks.

  • Is there parking nearby?

    Yes, parking spaces are available at the entrance, including dedicated spots for people with disabilities.

  • How can I get there without a car?

    You can come by bus, with several lines serving Imperial Street, or by metro, via stations such as Willowbrook/Rosa Parks or Compton, located a few minutes away by bus or taxi.

  • Is food available on site?

    Food and beverages are not available inside the exhibition.
    NEONIKA is located in central Los Angeles with many nearby dining options.

    Free water fountains will be available.

  • Can I leave my belongings somewhere?

    Yes, numbered lockers are available on site for your belongings.
