Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing NEONIKA. We want every visit to be a great one, and we know plans can change. This policy explains when tickets and bookings can be refunded.

Standard general admission tickets are refundable if you contact us by email at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

• Requests received 24 hours or more before your visit: eligible for a full refund.
• Requests received less than 24 hours before your visit: not eligible for a refund.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Tickets purchased through TicketsCandy are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Although each ticket shows a specific date, it may be used on any day NEONIKA is open, through October 30, 2026. Because these tickets already offer this flexibility, they are not eligible for refunds, including under the 24-hour rule above. Flexible tickets not used by October 30, 2026 expire and cannot be refunded.

The 40% deposit required to reserve a private event or buyout is non-refundable.

This applies to Morning After Hours Buyouts, Evening After Hours Buyouts, and Full Museum Buyouts. The deposit secures your date and time, and we hold that slot exclusively for you once it is paid. Terms for the remaining balance are set out in your event agreement.

Tickets for missed visits or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Guests who arrive late may not be able to enter during their original time slot.

If NEONIKA cancels or closes on your scheduled date, you will be offered a full refund or a new date of your choice.
